He has served on the faculty of the Wharton WPWP as well as at Villanova University, The Fox School of Business at Temple University and Widener Universities , teaching courses in HRM, Diversity, Business Communication and Strategic Implementation
Stephen Holds an Ed.D. in Education from the University of Pennsylvania and an MA in HR Development from Marymount University as well as a Certificate in Distance Education from the University of Wisconsin at Madison

solutions that work. We help companies reduce liabilities through employee relations, EEO, and human resource compliance consulting. We help improve performance and productivity through specialized training, management training and meeting facilitation.
Among Mary's accomplishments are success with a wide variety of challenges - establishing human resources policies for new companies, developing training for alternate dispute resolution, setting up a major corporation's first on-site day care center, and closing a nationwide network of offices.
Mary is a graduate of Smith College.
